First Class Contracting is proud to have been a participant in the construction of The Apostolic Assemblies Hispanic Church and School. When approached by the congregation chair and pastor Mr. E.J. Sanchez, First Class Contracting knew that this would be a worth while investment in our community. The plan was simple: Northside Richmond needed a place of worship for the ever growing Hispanic community. Also, a school was established and funded by the congregation and other sponsors in order to teach members of the community English as well as Spanish for those willing to expand their horizons. The part that really excited us at this point, is that the facility was also committed to providing vocational training for Hispanic American Immigrants into the Construction trades. This is particularly important to us due to the fact that the qualified labor market is rapidly diminishing. Also, we were very excited to help people qualify for jobs in order to help themselves and their families rather than relying on our public welfare system. When our help was requested, First Class Contracting offered all of the interior finishes to the cause FREE of Charge.
